When you submit the Contact page form, the website saves your name, email, project message, any company or brand name you provide, and your optional answer about how you heard about SALATI, including any source details you add. The collection enquiry popup saves your email, optional name and project note, any selected product references, and any referral source and details you choose to share. Both forms also record the page you submitted from, your agreement to be contacted about the project, the submission time and an enquiry reference. These records are available to the SALATI team in the website’s restricted management area so they can review your enquiry and contact you. Your agreement is for project contact and does not sign you up for a marketing newsletter. A saved confirmation means the enquiry was recorded, not that an email was delivered.
02 / Privacy noticeFull project briefs and email drafts
The detailed project brief builder processes your name, company, email, region and project details in the browser to prepare a downloadable PDF. The optional brief tool on the Contact page and the quick-answer assistant’s email-draft tool also prepare information on your device. These tools do not save their fields to the website database or send them automatically. They are separate from the Contact page enquiry form and collection enquiry popup described above, which save a record when you submit them.

The form records only the names and sizes of selected files in your project summary. File contents are not uploaded or included in the downloaded PDF. If you later share the brief, attach those files separately.
04 / Privacy noticeBrowser session and downloads
Quotation collections are saved in local storage on your device. The five-step request keeps a draft in session storage for this browser tab, including your contact details and garment specifications. Privacy choices and enquiry reminder settings are also saved locally. Functional consent allows this visit’s quick-answer chat to be remembered. File contents remain on your device and must be selected again after refreshing. Downloaded briefs remain until you delete them. Clipboard copying happens only when you select a copy action. Clear site data in your browser to remove stored drafts and preferences.
05 / Privacy noticeAccess, corrections and deletion
Enquiries are available to the SALATI team through the website’s restricted management tools. Contact eddy@salatiapparel.com to ask about, correct or request deletion of the enquiry you submitted. Clearing your browser data removes local drafts and preferences; it does not delete an enquiry already saved to the website.
06 / Privacy noticeHosting and external services
Our hosting service processes access and request information to deliver and protect the website. With your permission, Google Analytics uses cookies to help us understand visits and improve the website. It loads only after you allow Analytics in Cookie preferences, where you can withdraw your choice at any time. We do not send enquiry names, email addresses or project messages as analytics events, and advertising personalization is disabled. The Contact page embeds Google Maps; loading the map connects your browser to Google. Map links, email and WhatsApp open external services that handle information under their own terms. The Open email draft action passes your prepared brief to your email application; you choose whether to send it.
